Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida hosted the Campus Placement drive for Adeptia India Private Limited on 22nd March 2017 for B. Tech. CSE and IT 2017 batch.

Adeptia is a Chicago - based software company. It provides application to exchange business data with other companies using a self - service integration approach. This business software helps organizations quickly create automated data connections to their customers and partners and automate pre-processing and post-processing steps such as data validation, exception handling and backend data integration.

Adeptia's products are designed to help onboard customer data, implement real - time interfaces between systems, connecting with cloud applications, automate business processes, publishing APIs, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integration and to enable Service - oriented architecture. Adeptia is being used by organizations in various industries including Insurance, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Logistics, Government, Healthcare and Retail. Adeptia Technology provides Data Integration, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Business - to - business (B2B) Integration and Business Process Management (BPM) software capabilities.

Around 80+ students from various colleges like Dronacharya Group of Institutions - Greater Noida, Dronacharya College of Engineering - Gurgaon, GNIT, Accurate, Sharda University, RKGIT Ghaziabad, IIMT Greater Noida, participated in the placement drive.

The first round was a 45 mins test which was divided into 2 sections of Aptitude and Technical questions. The test was designed in such a manner as to test the IQ and Technical expertise of the students. The students wracked their brains about various technical glitches and tried to overcome them.

All the shortlisted candidates appeared for the second round which was a Group Discussion. The students were divided in groups of 10 and were asked to pick up any topic of their own choice to express their thoughts on the same.

The main effort of this activity was to gauge the students on the parameters of TEAM building, Vocabulary, Spontaneity and Leadership. All the students were given equal chance to express their thoughts.

After the full day’s activity 18 students were selected to appear in the last round which was a Technical interview and was held at the company’s premises on March 23, 2017. The final selection witnessed the selection of one of our CSE student, Devender Sharma. We wish him a great future ahead.
