Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida hosted the campus placement for Capgemini on December 5th and 6th, 2014 for B.Tech CSE/IT and ECE Batch 2014 and 2015.

Cap Gemini S.A. is a French multinational corporation headquartered in Paris, France. It provides IT services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services companies with more than 140,000 employees in over 40 countries. It was founded in 1967 by Serge Kampf, the current vice-chairman, in Grenoble, France. Paul Hermelin, the chairman and CEO of the Capgemini group has led the company since his appointment in December 2001.

Capgemini's regional operations include North and South America, Northern Europe & Asia Pacific and Central & Southern Europe. Services are delivered through four disciplines; Consulting, Technology, Outsourcing and Local Professional Services. The latter is delivered through Sogeti, a wholly owned subsidiary.

The day of Dec 5th 2014 started with the online test of B. Tech Batch 2015. Around 400+ students took part in this placement test which was of 90 minutes duration. This had the general aptitude and technical questions in it. This test was done in 3 batches.

The team of 5 from Capgemini headed by Mr. Srinivas Nemani- Lead Consultant. They started with the Group discussion of Batch 2014 as they had already given the test on Nov 15th 2014. 

The group discussion tested them on the aspects of communication, soft skills and tolerance to others’ view point. The main aim was to test the candidates flexibility in Capgemini’s work culture.

Post the GD evaluation, there was time for the students to undergo their technical abilities in the personal interview. A team tested them rigorously on their programming and coding skills.

Till this point of time in the evening, the result of Aptitude test of Batch 2015 was declared. These students had to appear for the GD and the PI process on Dec 6th, 2014 at DGI.

Dec 6th, 2014, they started the process at 09:00 AM for Batch 2015. The same set of actvities happenned on that day, with the students undergoing Group Discussion and personal interview.

The final result of the activity is still awaited.
