One Week Coordinator’s Workshop on Control Systems under the National Mission on Education through ICT (NMEICT) was organized by IIT Kharagpur during 15th - 19th September, 2014Mr. Raj Ranjan Prasad (Assistant Professor, Department of ECE, Greater Noida) attended the workshop.240 participants from different colleges all across the country attended the workshop. Prof. Siddhartha Mukhopadhyay (Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Kharagpur) and Prof. Tapan Kumar Ghoshal (Department of Electrical Engineering, Jadavpur University, Kolkata) were the resource person for this workshop. The objective of this workshop was to provide an orientation to the Faculty members who will act as Workshop Coordinators during the main workshop which will be held from 02nd to 12th December, 2014 to enhance the teaching skills of faculty members in core Engineering and Science subjects under the project called “Train Ten Thousand Teachers Program” (T10KT Program)". The trained coordinators will act as Workshop Coordinators during the main workshop, liaising between the participants at their Remote Centers and IIT Kharagpur from where the lecture will be transmitted live. During the main workshop, the Workshop Coordinator at every center will supervise the tutorials and laboratories.
