MNCs 2014

The Project Management Associates (PMA), NCR chapter organized a talk entitled ‘Succeeding in project execution in India with MNCs – aligning interculturally’ on the current scenario of the Project execution in India on 21st March, 2014. Dr. Arindam Ghosh, Assistant Professor, Department of Applied Science, Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida attended the event.

Mr. Sunand Sharma, President, Alstom International, India & South Asia and Chairman of Alstom India was the resource person. He stressed upon the importance of creation of “Project mindset” in India. Sharing his valuable experiences, he emphasized the value of hard working. He said that the Positive Attitude, Self-Confidence and Dedication towards the work are very important for building up projects. He also pointed out the value of Indian minds in the International scenario by quoting some relevant examples. Mr. Sunand also pointed out the causes of the rapid growth of the countries like Japan, South Korea, China etc. According to him, the rate of growth of our country is less in comparison to the above mentioned countries. He also expressed that gradually India would get its right place in near future.

The question-answer session was chaired by Mr. Adesh Jain, Hon’ble National President, PMA, India.

The objective of the seminar was to help make youth industry ready.
