For developing countries like India, large scale demand of heat energy for meeting day to day domestic, institutional and industrial requirements can be met by using solar thermal systems, bio-gas, wind energy, geothermal etc. i.e. non-conventional and renewable sources of energy. The objective of this Seminar was to focus on utilization, availability, transformation and application of conventional, non-conventional, renewable and secondary sources of energy. A sizeable number of high-spirited participants from amongst DCE’s own Faculty and those representing various Institutions from across the State made their presence felt. A number of Papers of substance were presented during the Conference enriching and enhancing its academic significance. |
