CAMPUS PLACEMENT BY SOFTCELL TECHNOLOGIES

Dronacharya Group of Institutions,Greater Noida hosted the campus placement drive for Softcell Technologies for B.Tech All Branches Batch 2017 on Feb 16, 2017.

Softcell provides IT solutions to enterprise customers across the country and  delivers robust solutions in IT Security, Data Centre Technology, Cloud Management Solutions and Engineering Solutions. They are also one of the leading distributors of software and hardware solutions to organizations across a wide variety of business verticals.

Started in 1989 and over the years, the company has  built deep expertise in a range of domains. The services are widely used by enterprises with 500 - 5000 terminals, with the ability to service organization with up to 50,000 terminals. The company has served over 3000 customers and are constantly growing their reach and product /service verticals. The company operates from 6 offices across India with over 300 employees. They have a strong client base of  leading equipment manufacturers and solution providers in the areas of IT security, servers and network infrastructure equipment, and business enablement technology.

Mr. Gandharva Kohli along with Ms. Sonam visited the college and was welcomed by our Hon’ble Director, Dr. S K Bagga.

The first round was the company’s presentation in which Mr. Kohli explained the profile to the students and also the KRA and KPI to be delivered at the successful completion. He explained in detail, the vision and mission of the company and the basic take a ways, the students would have. After the company’s presentation, there was a Technical Test for 45 mins which had questions related to software engineering and Electronics Engineering.After the test was completed and evaluation was done all the shortlisted students went through Interview with Mr. Kohli and Ms. Sonam.

After a day full of activities, the campus came to an end at 09:30 PM with a vote of thanks from Ms. Prachi Agarwal, Training & Placement Officer, DGI, Greater Noida.

The final result of the activity is still awaited and we thank the TEAM for giving us a chance to host the campus of their esteemed organization.
