MERCEDES BENZ

In continuation to the Silver Arrows (For Mercedes Benz) placement held on 19th September, 2014 for B.Tech Mechanical students  at Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida it was a delight to welcome the TEAM again to our college.

The college received them again on October 1st 2014. Impressed with the quality of students and their Technical knowledge, they decided to conduct the second round of interview at the college premises itself. The interview was earlier planned at the site office. Mr. Akesh Pandita- Executive Director- After Sales and Ms. Anisha Dalal- Associate General Manager, Human Resources  and the TEAM came to the college for the same.

The TEAM arrived at 02:00 PM with a very tight schedule and after greeting Dr. M S Murali, Director- DGI, Prof. B L Kaul- Registrar DGI and Prof. Ashwani Kumar- Academic Administrator- DGI they started with interview. The initial round was a HR interview in which Ms. Dalal assessed the students on soft skills and dedication.

Moving to the last round which was Technical in nature, Mr. Akesh Pandita grilled the students on their technical competencies. Post this, they also underwent a written MCQ technical test.

After a grilling interview activity, the final result was announced and 13 lucky ones were picked to work with the company.
