CAMPUS PLACEMENT

Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida hosted the campus placement drive for ChannelPlay for B.Tech - All Branches 2016 batch on December, 28th 2015.

Mr. Vaibhav - Zonal Manager along with his 5 delegate TEAM visited the college to facilitate the event. The event started at 10:00 AM with the felicitation of the delegates by Prof. S K Bagga - Director - Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida. Around 300 students from various colleges like, ABES, DGI, GN, Accurate , Amity, IIMT, Hindustan College, RKGIT, GLA University participated in the activity.

The event started with the company’s presentation where Mr. Vaibhav explained the students about the company’s working culture and the nature of business. He further explained the job profile and the work the students will be doing if selected. Post the presentation, all the students were prescreened by the company for their general efficiency and profile suitability. They were also tested on their communication abilities. After these 2 rounds, the 3rd round was an AMCAT test. As the company was hiring for their niche client-APPLE, the process was very standardized and required utmost level of accuracy.

AMCAT Test was conducted in 2 rounds. The first was a MCQ test trying to test the cognitive thinking capacity of the students and the second called SVAR which aims to test the verbal ability of the students, their voice modulation, and their pronunciation.

All the shortlisted students will attend the final round at the company’s premises with the senior management to test the students’ flexibility and fitment in the company’s culture.

The final result of the activity is still awaited.
