Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida hosted the campus placement for HCL TSS on July 27th 2015 for B.Tech CSE/IT and ECE Batch 2015.
HCL Training and Staffing Services (TSS) is the newest business venture of HCL Enterprise that aims to be the largest integrated talent-solutions company in India offering differentiated products and services to meet the growing demand for quality talent within HCL. HCL TSS's focus is to create solutions that offer a career launch pad for engineers in the corporate world. The company is headquartered in Noida and operates a state-of-the-art training center in Manesar, Haryana. It is created with a vision to provide assured jobs through its transformational up skilling and job guarantee program called as LEAP. It provides a unique and all-round learning experience which includes:

4. Industry standard certifications in technology and professional skills
Besides those from Dronacharya Group of Institutions, students from various other colleges like Bhagwan Mahaveer Institute of Technology, Sharda University, Noida Institute of Technology-Greater Noida participated in the drive.
Mr. Ajay Sharma – Head Talent Acquisition along with Mr. Rishi Vaid and Mr. Sandeep visited the TEAM to facilitate the event. The activity started at 10:00 AM with an informal session with the company’s officials. They discussed the job profile in detail with the students and explained the advantages of the program and various certifications which the students will be going through once they get selected. They also discussed in detail the advantages of these certifications in real life and in future.
The students were gauged on their communications skills and the voice clarity in the second round. They were thoroughly checked on their pronunciation and dialect. Post this, the last round was an online AMCAT assessment. This was a rigorous Computer Based Test (CBT) which had various modules like Quantitative, Logical, Technical Etc.
This was a very explicit 90 mins test. The final result of this activity is still awaited. The entire activity came to a close with a vote of thanks rendered by Ms. Prachi Aggarwal, Training & Placement Head.
