ERICSSON PLACEMENT DRIVE

Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida hosted the campus placement drive for Ericsson Global India Ltd. for B. Tech 2014 batch on August 13th , 2014. The eligible branches were B.Tech ECE, CSE and IT.

Mr. Kunal Rohilla – Campus Program Manager - Human Resources along with his 10 delegate TEAM visited the college to facilitate the event. The event started at 10:00 AM. Around 200+ students from various colleges like, ABES, DCE GGN, DGI GN, Accurate , Amity etc. participated in the activity. The first round was online in which students appeared in 60 minutes Aptitude and Technical Test. Out of the total lot appeared, 112 students clear the first round.

The next round was a Technical Interview. There were 10 panels and the interviews were running parallel. The students were rigorously grilled on their technical abilities.

Passing this hurdle, the shortlisted students went to the third phase which was a HR round. Here, the students were checked on their flexibility and their acquaintance with TEAM work.

After a day full of buzzing placement activities, the event came to a rest at 09:00 PM. The following students have been selected after overcoming tough HR and Technical panelists.
