HEALTH, HAPPINESS AND HARMONIOUS LIFE

Dronacharya Group of Institutions Greater Noida in association with Prajapati Brahma Kumari Ishwariya Vishwa Vidhyalay organized One Day Workshop on Health, Happiness and Harmonious Life on 24th September 2014. The workshop was aimed to reaffirm spiritual identity and empower the students with positive thoughts and actions.

Mr. Balram Talreja, well known Counsellor and Personality Developer and Sister Preeti from Greater Noida Brahma Kumari Centre were the resource persons. The session began with the floral welcome followed by the welcome note by Prof. M.S. Murali Director Dronacharya Group of Institutions Greater Noida.

The Key Speaker started his session in a very interactive way to make the participants comfortable to express and share their ideas. Mr. Balram facilitated the students with the power of positive thoughts by sharing some real life examples. Mr. Balram pointed it out as we take care of what we speak to others; we need to be careful of how we speak to ourselves as we are constantly listening to our inner conversation. He focused on the miracle of words and made the students to experience it by speaking both the positive and negative words. As the students spoke the words they felt the vibration according to words.

Sister Preeti briefed the effect of meditation in getting inner peace and stability. He emphasized the ingredients of love, peace and harmony that make the life harmonious.

The participants of the workshop also went through a small meditation realizing the real self and they also learnt the right way to chant “OUM”.
