MATHEMATICAL COMPETITIONS

ISTE-Srinivasa Ramanujan Mathematical Competitions-2014-15 Chapter Level Exam for engineering college students and faculties from India was conducted by Indian Society for Technical Education on 1st November, 2014 at Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida to mark the birth anniversary of the great son of India Mr. Srinivasa Ramanujan.

The competition aimed to stimulate the creativity and the mathematical talent of students and faculties of engineering fraternity. The exam consisted of multiple choice questions with duration of two hours.

One hundred and twenty four students and five faculties from DGI, Greater Noida participated in the test. The result of the ISTE-SRMC-2014-15 Chapter level exam is awaited.

It was a brilliant initiative to promote the importance of Mathematics and to assess and enhance competency level of students.
