ONLINE PLACEMENT TEST

Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida hosted the Online Test for Maruti Suzuki on August 30th, 2014 fo Mechanical, Instrumentation, CSE and IT branches.

Maruti Suzuki India Limited commonly referred to as Maruti and formerly known as Maruti Udyog Limited is an automobile manufacturer in India. It is a subsidiary of Japanese automobile and motorcycle manufacturer Suzuki. As of November 2012, it had a market share of 37% of the Indian passenger car market. Maruti Suzuki manufactures and sells a complete range of cars from the entry level Alto, to the hatchback Ritz, A-Star, Swift, Wagon R, Zen and sedans DZire, Kizashi and SX4, in the 'C' segment Eeco, Omni, Multi Purpose vehicle Suzuki Ertiga and Sports Utility vehicle Grand Vitara.

DGI was the center of online test for the Northern region of India. Around 150 students from various Polytechnic colleges like Pusa Polytechnic, Delhi, Jamia Milia Islamia Delhi participated in the event. Mr. Uma Kant, Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition, Maruti Suzuki along with 2 proctors from CoCubes.com visited the college to facilitate the procedure. The TEAM reported at 09:15 AM and the process started with the registration of the students.

The test was done in 2 slots with the first slot started at 10:30 AM. It comprised of various technical questions and the duration of the test was 60 minutes. Post this test, there was a Psychometric Test done and the duration was 20 minutes.

The proceedings ended at 02:00 PM.
