MOTIVATIONAL TALK

A Motivational Talk on Leadership, Failure, Fear, Hard Work and Struggle was organized by motivational speaker Mr. Kuldeep Chaudhary from India Vidyarthi at Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida on 13th October, 2014 for B. Tech First year students.

Mr. Kuldeep Chaudhary started the speech welcoming the first year students. Mr. Chaudhary explained that there is a magic of two words “Keep Moving”. We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we're curious and curiosity keeps leading us to new paths.

On Failure, Mr. Kuldeep’s views were unique. He opined that success is most often achieved by those who know that failure is inevitable. He said when we take risks we learn that there will be times when we succeed and there will be times when we fail, and both are equally important. He told that failure is very important. We speak about success all the time. It is the ability to resist failure or use failure that often leads to greater success. There are people who don’t want to try for fear of failing.

Regarding hard work Kuldeep Chaudhary discussed that the reason why most people do not recognize an opportunity when they meet is because it usually goes around wearing overalls and looking like Hard Work. He told not to waste a minute, not a second, in trying to demonstrate to others the merit of your own performance. If one’s work does not vindicate itself, one cannot vindicate it.
