SWEDEN INDIA NOBEL MEMORIAL QUIZ 2014

The Sweden India Nobel Memorial Quiz 2014 was held at Hindu College, New Delhi on Saturday, 1st November, 2014. This was being held as part of the Sweden - India Nobel Memorial Week 2014.

Registration started at 9:15 AM on 1st November, 2014. After registration the participants and audience were allowed to inter the auditorium. ‘Sweden - Teaming up with India’ videos of the quiz sponsoring companies like ATLAS CORPS, SAAB,VOLVO, SCANIA,ERICSSON, SKF,SEB, SANDVIK, IKEA etc were shown.

The quiz started at 10:30 AM with the welcome address by Ms. Seema Chari. She introduced Ana Ugla, the Chief Coordinator of the quiz.

The smart quiz master started the written round among 101 teams from different colleges of Delhi and NCR. The questions were displayed on the wide screen and for every question there were 10 seconds. As the topic of the quiz was The Sweden India Nobel Memorial Quiz 2014, the questions were mostly from Sweden’ s sports, cinema, business in general and Nobel Prize related question in particular. After putting 25 questions thrice on the screen the answer sheets were collected from the participants.

Under the supervision of Dr Anupam Kumar, two teams of First Year from Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Gr Noida, participated in this quiz. They were awarded the participation certificate. The participants are
