JK TECHNOSOFT

Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida hosted the campus placement for JK Technosoft on April 16th, 2014 for B.Tech Batch 2014. All the branches of B. Tech were eligible to participate in this drive.

JKT is a global IT services and software solutions company providing world class solutions to SMEs, startup dot-coms as well as some of the world’s largest organizations. At JKT, they are driven by a simple yet powerful tenet of providing “TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION”.

Founded in 1993, JKT was set up to provide high-end bespoke development services and software licenses in the domestic market, they soon made a name for ourselves servicing Independent Software Vendors and start - up companies and formed partnerships with industry leading technology companies. Today, however, they offer a comprehensive range of services and solutions covering the entire software lifecycle, including IT services, enterprise solutions, education & training, and employ over 1000 top-class technical specialists. Although they can boast a number of Fortune 1000 organizations as their clients, they are still very much active within the ISV/ SME marketplace with relationships spanning many years.

The first round in the placement activity was an online test. This test comprised of questions related to English, Verbal Ability, Technical and Aptitude Intelligence. The duration was 90 minutes.

All the students brainstormed their abilities in the test and appeared in it with full enthusiasm. Out of 60 students who appeared in the test, 53 were declared eligible for the next round which was Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

The next round was scheduled on April 18th 2014. Mr. Wasim Haider - Manager HR and Mr. Chinmay Prabhat visited the premises for the conduction of the activity. This started at 11:00 AM. All the shortlisted students were divided into groups of 15 students for the Group Discussion. This was a grilling exercise and each group was tested rigorously for 2 hours.

There was a 360’ evaluation of each candidate in terms of English, Leadership Skills, Diction, and Technical Abilities.

After a strenuous exercise, the placement activity ended at 08:00 PM with a Vote of Gratitude by our Hon’ble Director - Prof. (Dr.) M. S. Murali and the senior management TEAM.

The final result of this activity is still awaited.
