PLACEMENT DRIVE

Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida hosted the campus placement drive for Phronesis Partners for B.Tech (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE) Batch 2017 on 17th November 2016.

Mr. Rohit Singh, Director - Talent and Performance Management and Mr. Manish Kumar, Assistant Manager - HR visited the premises to facilitate the event.

The first round was an online test in which about 250 students were gauged on their Basic English and Aptitude test. It was a 45 mins test.

130 students cleared this round. Mr. Rohit Singh then made a presentation on company’s profile for these students. This was very important part of the event as Mr. Singh explained the terms and conditions of the job. This pre placement talk was a very comprehensive exercise and ran for almost 45 mins. Later, the group discussion was conducted which again was a testing task. The motive was to check 3600 attribute of the students’ personality and communication.

After the completion of the GD activity, all the shortlisted students appeared in 2 rounds of Personal Interview.

Finally Ms. Anupam Tiwari (DGIGN-13-ECE-8199) and Ms. Manisha Bhandari (DGIGI-13-CSE-8039) were selected in Phronesis campus placement.
