Mr. Anuj Goel opened the topic with introduction to various international standards for industry, service sectors and corporate world which adopts the same as management tool for achieving best efficiency, proficiency and quality of product and services.

Mr. Anuj Goel discussed about fifteen standards used at international level by various small, medium and large scale industries. He further elaborated that some of these standards are industry specific. Following are some of the international best practices that were discussed:

Application and benefits of these practices to specific industry were also discussed at length. Students were completely involved during the seminar and asked lot of questions pertaining to certification and its benefit for career advancement. Mr. Anuj also explained about benefits of Training, Certification and Outsourcing solution in process excellence and continual improvement management.

Concluding session was conducted by Mr. Akash who demonstrated the importance of training and certification for these international standards and modern management techniques to the students through an interesting game.
