Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noidahosted theOn Campus Placement for B.Tech Mechanical Batch 2015 for Silver Arrows (For Mercedes- Benz) on September 19th, 2014. All the eligible students of B. Tech final year actively participated in the drive.
The dealer for Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles in Delhi / NCR, Silver Arrows share more than just the name of a Mercedes-Benz legend. Their team comprises of top talent from the automotive industry and their mission is to ensure that the customers’ only experience the best-in-class at Silver Arrows.
60+ students B.Tech Mechanical participated in the drive. Mr. Akesh Pandita, Executive Director, After Sales and Ms. Anisha Dalal, Associate General Manager, Human Resources along with their TEAM visited the premises to facilitate the same. The session started at 11:00 AM with the company’s presentation. In this session, Ms. Dalal and Mr. Pandita explained the working culture of the company and explained about the career graph which they students can take while working with Silver Arrows. They also interacted with the students to know their flexibility and their mind set to gauge the fitness level as accord with Silver arrows.
All these students, post this presentation had to appear for the interviews. There were 3 panels. All these students were tested on their Soft Skills, Technical efficiency and their presentation perfection.
Various technical examples were asked and they were made to analyze the situation and response accordingly.
The activity concluded at 04:30 PM with a Vote of Thanks from Prof. M.S Murali, Director, DGI, Prof. B.L Kaul, Registrar, DGI and Ms. Prachi Agarwal,Training & Placement Officer DGI, GN .
