P.D. SESSION

Training & Placement Department- Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida organized a Skill and Personality Development session by Acuity Counselage for B.Tech, MBA and MCA final year students on September 25th, 2013.

Acuity Counselage is a team of professionals with 25 years of experience in professional training and development in India, London, United States, Germany and other developed and developing economies.

Trainers from Acuity Counselage, Mr. Jatin Sethi, Mr. Anirudh Sharma and Mr. Ravinder Singh visited the college for conducting the session. The session was aimed to cover the 360 degree approach of students’ personality, body language, communication skill and interview etiquettes.

Mr. Singh cited various real life experiences to depict the graveness of issues like proper dressing sense, body language etc.  He stated an example from the interview panel of ‘ORACLE’ where the interviewee was asked to explain the pattern of different stripes’ colors on his tie. He stated that these stripes mean that the energy is flowing from my heart to my body which motivates me to do things in life. The interview panel was so impressed by his answer that he was hired only after this question. Many real life examples from the interview panel of McDonalds etc. were discussed in the session.
