Foss Center - Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida organized a two workshop on Basic Concept of Python Programming on 6th & 7th April, 2017. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Jitendra Kumar Chauhan, Assistant Professor, Computer Science and Engineering. Sixty students of CSE, IT and CSIT attended the workshop.

The objective of this workshop was to help participants to learn concepts to explore the power and simplicity of python language. This workshop was appreciated by the all students, as they were able to add another programming language in their technical skill set.

Mr. Jitendra Kumar Chauhan explained Python Interpreter, Basic of Arithmetic, Variables and Strings. He also explained Python Data Structures (Tuples, Dictionaries, Lists) and various operations on data structures. Mr. Chauhan explained control flows with the help of examples. He also taught file handling concept. Later he explained about object oriented programming concepts in Python.
