TECHFEST - 2011

Dronacharya College of Engineering, Greater Noida organized “Techfest-2011” from 9-12 March, 2011. On this grand occasion the opening was presided over by Dr. Satish Yadav, Hon’ble Chairman of Dronacharya Group of Institutions, who encouraged students for their unrelenting participation.

To continue and add up to the heights of technocracy, the students of Dronacharya College of Engineering organized Techfest to manipulate and control humanity, ultimately strangling the creativity and individuality of the human species. Techfest provides a podium for interaction and redirection to explore the vistas of life. This fest is planned for the effectual deliberations and interaction on both the current and future status of emerging techniques targeted for catering the needs of present era.

Techfest is an attempt to make all acquainted with the future technologies and demonstrating the various aspects which would be revolutionizing our life and world around as a whole.

Techfest 2011 was the collection of creativity and innovative ideas of students. Various technical events  like Split-Second, Extempore / Debate, Doodling, Poster Making, Collage Making, Rangoli, Add – Mad Show, Rocket Singh Show, Web Designing, Sudoku, Brain Teaser, Ethical Hacking, Chanakya Niti, Socho-Zara Hatke, Action-Reaction, Algo Crptyx, CAD Venture, Robomania-Robotics, Prayas-the initiative, Treasure Hunt, Car Race etc. were organized. These events were the creative venture  of the students in which variety of current topics were covered. They participated with full zeal and zest and brought the output in the best presentable form.

Principal, Prof. (Dr.) R. N. Sharma lauded the roles of the staff and the students for successfully holding the different events.
