Design a civil engineering system, component, or process to meet desired needs within realistic constraints such as economic, environmental, social, political, ethical, health and safety, manufacturability, and sustainability. |

Explain key concepts and problem-solving processes used in business, public policy, and public admission. |

Design and conduct experiments, as well as to analyze and interpret data in more than one civil engineering area. |

Demonstrate the function as a coherent unit in multidisciplinary design teams, and deliver results through collaborative research. |
