Ms. Manisha Srivastava B.Tech (IT) 4th year student participated in “Parivartan 2013”, a Delhi NCR level painting competition organized by Greater Noida Catholic Youth Movement (GNCYM), the youth wing of St. Joseph’s Church on 15th February 2013.
Students from various engineering colleges participated in this competition. The theme of the painting competition was “MY FEMININE SELF”. Manisha Srivastava bagged 2nd position. She did not use any brush for painting. She uses her fingers to color the picture.
The painting competition was dedicated to the Delhi brave girl, who brought to lime light the atrocities against many anonymous girl victims. The sacrifice of the Delhi girl has forced us to retrospect our societal onus. There is a need for “Parivartan”.
