PLACEMENT DRIVE

Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida hosted the campus placement drive for Appsquadz for B.Tech - CSE/IT 2016 batch on November 29th 2015.

Appsquadz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a Research Driven Engineering Organization with a Squad of 100 + Experienced & Highly Trained Professionals that specializes in Using Agile Methodologies, Designing Cost Effective Application Design Strategies for developing Creative & Quality Applications.

Ms. Khushboo Gupta - Senior Manager HR along with her 7 delegate TEAM visited the college to facilitate the event. The event started at 10:00 AM with the felicitation of the delegates by Prof. S K Bagga – Director- Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida. Around 200+ students from various colleges like, ABES, DGI, GN, Accurate , Amity, IIMT, Hindustan College etc. participated in the Placement drive.

The event started with the company’s presentation where Ms. Gupta explained the students about the company’s working culture and the nature of business. She further explained the job profile and the work the students will be doing if selected. Post the presentation, there was a written test based on programming. This was mainly technical and the students were supposed to write the outcome of the program. The duration of the test was 60 mins.

Passing this hurdle, the shortlisted students went to the second phase of the placement activity which was a technical interview. This was a hard nut to crack as the questions asked aimed to confuse the students to test their confidence and the compatibility with the company’s working domain. The students were made to write various programs extempore and also made to explain their working. This was a rigorous activity for the students.

The last and the final round will take place at company’s premises with the senior management to test the students’ flexibility and fitment in the company’s culture.
