CAMPUS PLACEMENT BY KAISER APPLIANCES

Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida hosted the Campus Placement drive for Kaiser Appliances for B. Tech (Mechanical) 2017 Batch from 20th to 22nd April 2017.

A name synonymous with reliability and quality, Kaiser Appliances is a renowned manufacturer of LPG appliances and Consumer Electronics. They have been successfully catering to the expectation of their customers and have embedded a strong foothold in the domestic market.

The event spread across 3 consecutive days. The first day witnessed a heavy footfall from across all the major colleges in NCR. DGI, Greater Noida was the center in NCR for the drive.  The first round was a written test in which the students answered the questions related to the technical aspects. They also competed with each other for the aptitude skills. All the shortlisted candidates were asked to come on the following 2 days for further rounds.

On April 21st, 2017 Mr. Sanchit Gupta – Managing Directorvisited Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida for further rounds. He had a nice interaction with the students and gave the pre placement talk. He gave insights about the company, its past and the future vision. He also ran the students through the corporate presentation and explained them the KRA’s (Key Responsible Areas) of the students. Post the presentation, the next round was a GD in which the students were tested on their TEAM work and the culture adaptability.

All the shortlisted students from the GD, appeared in the interview on Day 3 i.e. 22nd April 2017.

The students faced a tough interviewee and were tested on 360’ approach.

After a full day of buzzing activity, the placement activity came to an end with the vote of thanks from the Training & Placement Officer of DGI, Ms. Prachi Agarwal.
