APTRON SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD.

Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida organized an Industrial Visit to “Aptron Solutions Pvt. Ltd” on 30th September, 2016. Thirty seven first year students of CSE Department along with Mr. Dinesh Kumar, Assistant Professor, Department of Applied Science and Humanities, visited Aptron Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

The main objective of the visit was to make student aware about how various activities related to technology in the field of Networking and Electronics are carried out in the Industry. APTRON Solutions has provided individual and corporate clients with a superior learning experience under the brand name of Net Experts Educational Services.

The visit started with the brief introduction of company by Mr. Yogendra Pratap, Senior Training Consultant at Aptron Solutions, He described the different functionalities related to development and networking. After brief orientation the students attended the technical session where they got practical knowledge in the field of networking with the help of simulation as well as practical approach. Mr. Yogendra described different types of networking devices like hubs, bridges, switches, routers etc.

The students also learnt to identify the ability of network infrastructure that supports its applications and how it affecting the overall experience for users. Mr. Yogendra also discussed how the world is making legacy and network technologies work together. Mr. Yogendra also explained connecting several computers in a LAN with the help of a switch, installs IP addresses to the computers and managing them with only one machine and IOS.

The students then visited the Aptron Labs and server rooms where they saw the real time implementation and maintenance of racks and routers. During the lab visit, Mr. Yogendra also explained the students about various networking devices such as firewalls, routers, switches, hubs, etc. He told about the ways to connect these devices and maintain them with the help of various networking commands.

In the end company officials also cleared the doubts of the students regarding networking and its applications in the industry.

It was very educative experience for the students as they learnt to apply their theoretical knowledge into practical applications with industry standards.
