FRANCISCAN SOLUTIONS

A Campus Recruitment Drive by Franciscan Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was held on September 21st, 2013 at Dronacharya Group Of Institutions, Greater Noida for B.Tech 2014- CSE, IT, ECE branches. Twenty three students participated in this drive. Mr. Vishal-The Regional Head, Franciscan Solutions Pvt. Ltd. along with his team member visited the college for the drive.

The selection procedure started at 12:00 pm. The company officials gave a detailed presentation about their company and the job profile to the participants. Thereafter, they interacted with the students and answered their queries. After the presentation the students appeared for a written test. The test comprised of aptitude questions and paragraph writing.

As the first round was a non-elimination round all the twenty three students appeared for the personal interview. Students were asked both technical and general questions by the panel in order to judge their communication skills and technical knowledge for the job.

Based on the Personal Interview 10 students have been shortlisted for the final round with the Company Director. The drive ended at 16:30 pm.
