PLACEMENT DRIVE BY JBM GROUP

Ms. Joytshna, HR Head visited the premises with her 6 TEAM Members for conduction of the event.

Around 100 students from various colleges including ABES Engineering College, Apeejay Satya University, Dronacharya Group of Institutions, GTBIT, GNIOT and IPEC etc. took part in the placement activity. The first round was the company’s presentation in which Ms. Joytshna explained the job profile, the stipend to be paid and the growth prospects in the company. She explained the safety measures which are practiced in the company and also advised the students about the work location.

The next round was the technical interview in which the students were thoroughly tested on their technical niche and all the basics of engineering study.

All the shortlisted students underwent the final technical round with the HR in which they were tested on their flexibility and fitting in the company’s culture. All the doubts of the students were cleared if they had any.

The event ended in the late evening with a vote of thanks from Training & Placement Officer, Ms. Prachi Agarwal and Prof. D V Bhise, HOD (ME), Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida.
