L & W CONSTRUCTION

Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida hosted the campus placement drive for L & W Construction for B. Tech. CE, ME and EEE branches Batch 2017 on February 13 and 14, 2017.

L & W Construction Private Limited is a 100% subsidiary of Lee Kim Tah Woh Hup Pte Ltd. from Singapore. LKTWH in turn is 50:50 joint venture company established by Lee Kim Tah Holdings Ltd. and Woh Hup (Pte) Ltd., two of Singapore's oldest construction companies who have successfully completed projects in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Middle East, Sri Lanka and Philippines.

L & W Construction Private Limited's focus in construction includes but not limited to High Rise Residential Buildings, Townships, Commercial Buildings, IT Parks, Industrial Complexes, Shopping Malls and Hotels. L & W is fully committed to provide its clients Quality, Work on Time and in a Safe manner.

Mr. Gopiram and Ms. Deshpande, both from the Talent Acquisition TEAM of the company visited DGIGN to facilitate the event.

It was a 2 day event with the first day dedicated to checking the technical and the IQ capabilities of the students. The main point to check from the company’s point of view was the candidates’ technical basics and out of the box thinking.

All the shortlisted students of first day appeared in the company’s presentation on Day 2. Mr. Gopi explained the working culture of the company and also, made them aware of the career graph once they become a part of L & W Constructions.

Post the PPT, all the students underwent the PI in which Mr. Gopi took the students’ curious questions and gauged them.

After a full day event, the campus came to an end at 07:30 PM with 4 selections from DGIGN.
