MITSUBISHI ELEVATORS INDIA PVT. LTD.

Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida organized the campus placement drive for Mitsubishi Elevators India Pvt. Ltd. for B.Tech EEE and ME Department 2016 batch on 14th - 15th September, 2016.

Mitsubishi Electric Corporation is a Japanese Multinational Electronics and Electrical Equipment manufacturing company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. It is one of the core companies of Mitsubishi. The corporation was established on 15 January 1921. Mitsubishi Elevators are a part of Mitsubhishi Electric and major name in elevators and escalators since the 1930s, Mitsubishi Electric has built a reputation for creating breakthroughs that make getting around more comfortable, safe, and even inspiring.

Mr. Sam Maurmen - Country Head - HR Mitsubishi Elevators India Pvt. Ltd. visited the campus with his 7 member team.

On 14th September Mr. Maurmen started with the presentation of the company. He explained the working culture of the company and the career ladder of the GETs’. He also advised the students of the legacy the company carriers with his vide experience in the industry.

The first round was the written test (aptitude + technical ) round in which the students were thoroughly tested on their technical niche and all the basics of engineering study.

The second round was a GD in which the students were divided into groups of 10 each and were given ample time to speak out their views. The students are shortlisted on basis of their performance for next round.

On 15th September shortlisted students went for the HR round. The company’s personnel evaluated the students on their communication skills, adaptability, leadership qualities and power to take initiatives.

The results are awaited.
