CIVIL CHAMPIONSHIP

Placement Talk by Mr. Abhishek Mishra, BOSCH Ltd. was organized by Department of Mechanical Engineering on 6th February, 2015 for Mechanical 2nd and 3rd year students.

The workshop was organized to make the students aware of the niceties of the job-world. Mr. Mishra focused on the eligibility percentage that needs to be maintained for the placements in a very understandable way. It also aimed to help the students and make them understand the present scenario condition, so that they would be able to prepare themselves accordingly.

Mr. Mishra started the workshop proceedings with a brief introduction about himself and his experience at BOSCH Ltd. He posed thought stimulating queries to the students on the benefits of Project in the field of Mechanical Engineering and extended the discussion to include challenges faced in the current scenario. He emphasized on the need of the hour because each employee desires employees, who has strong work ethics, good communication skills, professionalism and loyalty for the company.

He advised students to undergo trainings in reputed organizations for practical knowledge. He suggested students to study their core subjects thoroughly to get through interview. He motivated students to enroll for various mechanical software courses like Autocad, CATIA and also to get C, C++ Certified.

The program proved to be very interactive and full of knowledge. Students were able to get a clear understanding of what they need to do in order to brighten their future. The program ended with Q&A session when Mr. Mishra resolved the queries of the students.
