Seminar on Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking and Bug Bounty

IEEE Jamia Hamdard Student Branch organized a Seminar on Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking and Bug Bounty on 24th October, 2016 at Jamia Hamdard University. 10 Students of B.Tech CSE & IT Branch from Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida attended the seminar.
The seminar was graced with the presence of following dignitaries:
1. Rakshit Tandon, Cyber Security Advisor UP and Gurgaon Police.
2. Rahul Singh, Founder and CRO at RMAR.
3. Deep Shankar Yadav,IT Security Analyst.
4. Devjeet Singh, Founder and MD at RMAR.
The seminar started with the inaugural speech by Mr. Devjeet Singh. It was followed by Mr. Rahul Singh, who described the concept of Ethical Hacking and the technique of Bug Bounty. He hacked Md. Khwaja Meherbaan’s (DGI student) instagram ID using cookie method to show how account can be hacked.
The next session was conducted by Mr. Rakshit Tandon with the explanation of Cyber Crime, Security Level etc.
The last session was conducted by Deep Shankar Yadav. He focused on the topics of Exploit Writing, Reverse Engineering, Penetration Test, WAPT, Wireless Testing and IT Forensic etc. He also focused on the Man in the Middle Attack.
The seminar came to an end at 6 PM. It was very fruitful for the participants as they got to learn about Cyber Crime.
