VISIT TO ANK GROUP, INDIA

SMILE (Sharing Moments and Illuminating Lives Everywhere) Club of Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida organized a Visit to ANK Group of India, Noida on 1st December 2015. The objective of the program was to build confidence in children by edutainment and activity based learning. Smile club coordinators Ms. Priyanka Upadhyay and Mrs. Pooja Anand along with four faculty members went for the visit.

The children of ANK Group were excited on the visit of Smile Club in their campus and they welcomed the members of Smile Club cheerfully. Initially all the children introduced themselves and explained how they were feeling in being a part of ANK Group. Further Smile Club organized a drawing competition where colours and other required materials were distributed among children. The students enthusiastically took part and enjoyed the activity. Smile Club selected the best three drawings made by children and felicitated them by a special prize. A quiz competition was organized on Mathematics and General Awareness to motivate the students to update their reservoir of knowledge. The children recited the poems in front of Smile Club and also performed dance which they prepared.

At the end of the visit DGI Smile Club Volunteers distributed gifts to all the children which made their smile more brighter. Thus the motto to spread smile on every face was fulfilled.
