WHEEBOX SKILLS SET

Training and Placement department in association with Wheebox conducted an online Employability test called WEST (Wheebox Employability Skills Test) for the pre final year students on September 30th, 2013 - October 1st, 2013  at  Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida. Around two hundred students of B.Tech- all branches participated in the test. The main objective of getting the test conducted was to provide a detailed skill assessment of students to judge their employment suitability.

The test was divided in three sections-Aptitude, English and Domain specialization and consisted of 40 questions. The duration of the test was one hour.

The advantage of this test for the students will be:-

1. They would get Job Opportunities from partner employers of Wheebox.

2. 4 Pager Score Card will be shared with students highlighting their improvement areas.

3. The score card will be valid by Government bodies of Country.

4. Students can use this score card for Employment Purpose as well.

This test was an eye opener for the pre final year students as it gave them a good idea on their industry employability level and their areas of improvement which will help them next year for their final placements.
