AON HEWITT

Dronacharya Group of Institutions participated in the Campus Placement drive of AON HEWITT in association with COCUBES.COM on December 19th and 21st , 2013. This placement drive was to benefit B.Tech 2014 Batch – CSE, IT and ECE students.

A total of 83 students were eligible for this drive and 73 students participated in the placement process. The session started at 10:00 AM with the first round being a Group Discussion. Various current issues were discussed with the students and they were made to present their views on the same. After the GD, the next round was an Online Psychometric test. In this round the students were made to judge various daily management aspects/issues and pen down their thoughts by ticking the right option. This round was meant to judge the decision taking capability of the students.

The students who were shortlisted after the Psychometric test had to face the most difficult round, which was, Technical interview. This interview was scheduled on December 21st, 2013 in the premises of AON HEWITT at Gurgaon. This was the most difficult nut to crack in the full placement process. In the Technical Interview apart from judging the students on their Technical efficiencies, various puzzles were asked from them to judge their presence of mind.

After the tedious Technical interview, the result was really encouraging. A total of 10 students were finally selected by the company.
