A Campus Recruitment Drive by Continental Engines Ltd. was held on August 22nd, 2013 at Dronacharya Group Of Institutions, Greater Noida for B.Tech 2013 - Mechanical/Automobile branch. Thirty two students from DGI, Greater Noida, DCE, Gurgaon, Northern India Engineering College, New Delhi and GL Bajaj, Gr. Noida participated in this drive.

*Ms. Anamika Gera, Lead-Recruitments and Administration from Continental Engines Ltd along with Mr. Abhishek* from Nicco Ventures visited the college for the drive.

The selection procedure started at 1100 Hrs with a written technical test. The test consisted of twenty technical questions and the duration was thirty minutes. As the first round was a non-elimination round all the thirty two students were further sent for the GD round.

For the group discussion, the students were divided in two groups of sixteen each and were asked to share their views on an instance shown in the movie 3Idiots. Based on the group discussion round fifteen students were shortlisted for the HR interview where the candidates were asked general questions on their projects and the trainings undergone by them. The students were judged on their test scores, communication and negotiation skills.

The result of the drive is still awaited. The shortlisted students will have to undergo a final technical round at the company premises. The drive ended at 2000 Hrs.
