HCL - ISD

A Pool Campus Recruitment Drive by HCL – ISD (Infrastructure Service Division) was organized on 3rd April, 2013 at Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida for the 2012 batch students. The students were shortlisted on the basis of their AMCAT scores. 864 candidates from various colleges in Northern India participated in the pool campus. 29 students from DGI, Greater Noida qualified for this drive based on their AMCAT score.

The registration process started at 9 AM. Ms. Saloni-Senior Manager-HCL Campus Relations, along with 13 other HCL Officials arrived in the college at 9:30 AM. The HCL representatives were welcomed by the Director, Dr. M. S. Murali and Training & Placement team.

The first round of the drive was a twenty minutes grammar test which was conducted to assess the language skills of the candidates.

Around 750 students qualified for the second round which was the communication round. The students were divided in a group of 10-12 each and were judged on the basis of their verbal and interpersonal skills.
