INIT CALL TECHNOLOGIES

A Campus Recruitment Drive by init Call Technologies was held on 14th June, 2013 at Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida for B.Tech 2013 batch. Forty eight students of CSE, IT and ECE branches participated in the drive. Mr. Naveen Handa (HR Manager) and Mr. Sahil Gupta (Technical Lead) rom the company visited the college for the recruitment process.

The selection procedure started at 1100hrs with the group discussion. Students were divided in five groups of 8-10 members each. Each group was given a technical topic for discussion.

Based on the group discussion round ten students, six from ECE branch and four from CSE branch were shortlisted. The GD was followed by the interview round where students were asked core technical questions on their areas of interest. Six students from ECE branch had a telephonic interview with the CTO of the company.

After the final PI round four students cleared the final round. The list of students is as follows:
