Dr. Ritu’s research paper tries to examine that consumer / customer is the receiving point of any organization and he decides the existence and survival of any business. In such a competitive market where survival of fittest rule applies, ethical business actually creates a difference. The cost of acquiring a new consumer is much higher than keeping an existing consumer. Consumer actually looks for value for money product. The companies that are able to provide value to their consumers keep on enjoying a higher market share in the market. Thus, value addition is must for any long term business. Quality should be the prime focus of the business. As a consumer, whenever we buy some product, we look for quality and price value of product. If the product successfully perform on the given price, we feel satisfied but if not, we feel we are cheated. This feeling creates an impression about the company and the brand. This image remnants consumer’s mind the entire life. |
