Most of the projects in this technologically-driven age demand creativity, innovation, research and multi-disciplinary approach from team players. Without these factors, no institute, and more so its students, can survive in the path of growth, credibility and respectful acceptability in the knowledge-based society of modern times. Realising the importance of this aspect, our Institute has consciously created an eco-system ionized with research particles in our campus. We believe that creativity can be nurtured in the receptive and willing students independent of their IQ level. We have a dedicated “Research & Development Cell” in our Institute. This Cell acts as an incubator for the students as well the Faculty of our Institute in nurturing their creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

“International Journal of Engineering Sciences and Managements” (ISSN: 2231-3273) published high quality research papers of researchers from our Institute, other parts of India and abroad. It is a great honour for us to have eminent persons of international stature from India and abroad as honorary members of the “Editorial Board” of our Journal. We are very happy to receive a large number of accolades about the quality of research papers published in this Journal from eminent scholars across the globe. We are continuously marching forward to further enhancing the quality of this highly-acclaimed Research Journal.

We are conscious of the fact that unless we lay due emphasis on the research-component and the problem-solving skills of the students and Faculty, we cannot leave a significant mark as a catalyzing fuel for the economic growth of our knowledge-driven society. With this in mind, we are continuously and enthusiastically marching in pursuit of excellence for our students, Faculty and the Institution.
