Avjeet Mondal, ECE IV Semester presented his action plan on ‘Career counseling and Career guidance’. He stressed the need of senior students who have passed out to deliver counseling and guidance sessions as per their convenience. Also, a counselor trained in psychology may visit the college once a week and take sessions of interested students. Action plan entitled ‘Practical Knowledge vs Theoretical Knowledge’ they emphasized to design curriculum of engineering education with practical applicability. Sakshe Peer, EEE IV Semester presented her action plan on ‘Branch Selection Counseling’ in which branch selection counseling for students is very important. According to her, students should select various branch of engineering according to their skill and interest. Juhi Malhotra, IV Semester, IT presented her action plan on ‘Theoretical Lectures and Practical’. She discussed that one should enhance practical skill of students rather than their theoretical knowledge. This would also help them in getting good placement opportunities. |
