DRONACHARYA GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS, GREATER NOIDA
	INNOTECH - 2014

Pushpa Gujral Science City, Jalandhar in collaboration with Punjab Technical University organized the Annual Project Competition INNOTECH - 2014 in Jalandhar during 18th - 19th March, 2014.

The objective of the event was to enhance the new and innovative ideas of projects and models in various categories. It was organized to set the new goals and ideas of the technical students in different fields.

The competition was organized in four main categories namely Mechatronics, Automobile, Software and Miscellaneous. Around 350 team of students from across the country participated in INNOTECH-2014.

Two teams from Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida participated in this competition. Project ‘Efficient Mechanical Wrench’ presented by Sumeet Kumar, Gopal Gupta, Manish Kumar and Satyam Saraswat from ME VI Semester bagged the First Position and received a cash prize of Rs.25000. Project ‘Security and Optimized Control of Intelligent Home Appliances’ presented by Hemendra Jha, Naveen, Praveen Singh and Naveen Pundir from IT VI Semester won Consolation prize of Rs. 3000.

The event helped in building knowledge and diversifying new ideas in various sparkling minds of our generation.
