Department of ECE & EEE has organized a one day seminar on “Sensors, Components & Their Applications”, for 3rd Semester ECE & EEE students, conducted by Technology Uncorked LLP (TU), Gurgaon in Seminar Hall, Dronacharya Group of Institutions (DGI) Greater Noida. Professor Nandita Pradhan, HOD- ECE, welcomed the experts from TU and delivered her enlightening key note address and declared seminar open.

Mr. Sandeep Sood, Vice President, TU, has explained concepts and functioning of Sensors, Ms. Meenakshi Vashist, Technology Expert, TU, has demonstrated and explained Ultrasonic sensors, LDR, Accelerometer, Temperature sensors, R, L, C in electronics, electrical & industrial world, RF transmitter/receiver through various demonstrations and interactive exercises. Seminar was concluded by Mr. Praveen Saxena, Technology Expert, TU.

It was very interactive seminar and students got ideas to choose their final year projects based on sensors. TU team has expressed their wish to be associated with these students to provide technical support in future also.

In a valedictory function, HOD-ECE, Professor Nandita Pradhan, has honored the experts with a memento and Mr. Rajiv Ranjan, Events Coordinator, ECE & EEE Department, has extended the vote of thanks to TU team.
