ANNUAL SPORTS 2011

A sport is an organized, competitive, entertaining and skillful activity requiring commitment, strategy and fair play. The students exhibited their ability with a lot of zeal and confidence.

Motivating the students, Hon’ble Chairman expressed that Sports also help us learn about coping with pressure and the need to stick with training in order to improve. It was an event full of energy and competition. Every participant gave their best. It’s not about winning or losing it is about participating. The more you sweat in practice, the less you bleed in battle.

The closing ceremony of Annual Sports was one of the most beautiful event because of its simplicity, the fun-factor in it, the ambience of the venue and of course the Tug-of-War event. Beginning with the Tug-of-War to the distribution of the medals everything was wonderful. Nobody was looking forward to the end of the day since it would mean the end of the fun and games. But like all good things, even this came to an end with Tug of war being the last event. Everyone sat around and nobody wanted to go home. They had all experiences to share, great fun and joy.
