SEMINAR REPORT

Bosch Automotive Visited our College on 24 Feb 2012 for a Seminar on “Importance of Training Modules for Automotive Industries”. Mr. ParagKavthekar, regional Trainer (North) and Mr. Dilmeet Singh, Territory Manager were the resource persons. The Lecture started with brief Introduction of the Company. In the first session Mr. ParagKavthekar highlighted the growth achieved by Indian Automotive Industry and Auto components Sector. In order to develop competent manpower it is imperative to make training accessible, relevant and effective. Keeping the importance of training in view Bosch initiated some useful training modules for engineering graduates. The second session consisted of Presentation on:

1. Diesel Fuel Injection

2. Gasoline Fuel Injection

3. Trouble Shooting and Minor Repairs

4. Vehicle Dynamics

5. Electronic Breaking Systems

6. CRDI (Common Rail Direct Injection)

The objective of the second session was to educate participants about newer technologies and product in petrol and diesel Injections and to make them competent in carrying out Quality Service on petrol and Diesel Fuel Injection Equipment.

Both the sessions were completely interactive and students asked number of questions to the presenter. A Request for visiting the training center of the company at Mathura road, Delhi was forwarded to the company to which the company Executives agreed.
