Stage one started with the introductory session and demonstration by the resource person which was highly educative for the students. The session highlighted various aspects in the area of robotics, like:

1. Basic of robotics        
2. Manual Robotics
3. Basic electronics
4. Embedded system
5. Arduino Duemilanove
6. Function of arduino
7. Programming through arduino
8. Function through basic shield
9. Function through IR sensors
10. Finalizing line follower robot.

After the demonstration of various basic concepts, the participants were provided with a kit for assembling robots. After assembling, Robot programming was done. The Robots were then ready for testing.

During the second stage the Robots were tested in the form of a competition round.

Two teams were declared winners of stage two:

These two teams will represent DGI, Greater Noida for stage three, Final Round, to be held at IIT Delhi in the month of March 2014.

These two teams were awarded certificate of merit Prof. BL Kaul, Registrar, DGI and Prof. Ashwani Kumar, Academic Administrator, DGI. Participation certificates were awarded to all the participants.
